Feature & Follow Friday (18)

Feature & Follow Friday is a meme hosted by Parajunkiee's View & Alison Can Read. Check out their blogs and the two Featured Bloggers of the week! This is great for finding amazing new blogs to follow and for gaining followers yourself!

This weeks question is:
"Have you had a character that disappointed you? One that you fell in love with and then "broke up" with later on in the series or stand-alone book? Tell us about him or her."

My answer:
I absolutely loved Jace from The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, but by the 4th book he started to annoy me. He went from the sarcastic badboy to just whining all the time. Hopefully that was just temporary behavior and he'll be back to his old self in City of Lost Souls. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

What about you? Leave your answer to this weeks question in the comments below.

  1. Hopping through. I have faith that Jace will redeem himself eventually. I do know what you mean.

  2. Jace seems to be a popular answer! I've only read the first two books of The Mortal Instruments though, so I still like Jace for now. :D

    Have a great weekend!

    I didn't think about Jace, but I have yet to read the 4th book so I haven't seen that side of him yet I guess. I hope he gets better in the 5th book.

  15. {new follower here}

    I haven't read the fourth book yet. I hope that isn't the case him staying that way because I will not be able to like him anymore if he does. That kind of personality seriously irritates me. Thanks for sharing.
