Because It Is Bitter
Cassandra Clare, author of The Mortal Instruments & The Infernal Devices, released the Seelie Court scene from City of Ashes (pages 170-174) in Jace's POV on her website. Apparently she now has 25,000 followers on Twitter and decided to give her fans a treat!
